It's Mardi Gras !

Tuesday 16th February is Mardi Gras, literally 'fat Tuesday'! It's the 'carnival' day when all the meat and fat is eaten up before the Lenten fast starts the next day (Ash Wednesday).

The English tradition is to make pancakes and so we're having a children's Pancake Party in St Mary's church, 10am-12noon (£1.50 per pancake eater). Come and join us.
