As part of our pastoral outreach to our parish we have a team of people who visit residential care homes and individuals. Care homes in the parish are visited regularly and communion is provided for those who wish to receive. Where we know of people who are housebound, unwell, or hospitalized, we try to visit them on an occasional basis.
If you know of anyone who would appreciate a visit, or if you wish to be part of the team then please Contact Us
