Hiring Charges

Sunday - Thursday

Regular weekly booking - £10 per hour
A one date only booking - £15 per hour

Friday & Saturday

Regular weekly booking - £10 per hour
A one date only booking - £20 per hour

There is a damage deposit required for £125, this should be a cheque, which, can either returned or destroyed.

40 people are the maximum number of people to use the house at one time, although if the function is a seated meal then 30 is the maximum that can be seated comfortably.

There is no smoking allowed on the premises at any time.

The house does not have a license to sell alcohol, but it can be served free of charge with a meal. If alcohol is to be sold the hirer has to arrange their own license.

Included in the hire:

All heating and lighting, although if left on after hirer has left the House, then some of the damage deposit will be retained for excess expense.

Full use off the ground floor, including toilet facilities, I am afraid as yet there is no facilities for disabled access.

Closing the double doors can separate these.

A fully equipped kitchen: 8 ring gas hob and double electric oven and grill, Saucepans and roasting trays, Fridge with icebox, Cutlery and crockery for 40, Serving dishes, Heated cabinet for keeping food hot

Also all the cleaning equipment needed to make sure the hirer can leave the premises how you would wish to find them.

All rubbish should be bagged up and left by the black dustbin out the front of the premises.

Garden is available for use in the summer months.
