Music is important to our worship at Walmer Parish Churches.

The parish has a Music Director (Brian Cottle - see 'Who's who') who is also our organist. At St Mary's there is a small amateur SATB choir and at St Saviour's a handful of keen singers. These sing at our 9.30am and 11.00am Sunday services when there is a sung communion and in the evening communion for midweek festivals in Blessed Mary of Walmer.

The choir rehearses on Friday evenings from 7.00-8.00pm in St Mary's church (or in the winter, in Elizabeth House). If you are a keen singer, wish to explore singing in a church choir, or just enjoy being part of church music then please do come along to rehearsals. You could join the choir at St Mary's or the singers at St Saviour's, whichever suits you.
